I looked and was amazed to see that quinoa was left off that very handy list above. Quinoa is yummy, makes for a great pasta/rice stand-in and is loaded with protein... like 12 - 18%! It gets bonus points for being a &quot;complete protein&quot; with all of the essential amino acids.  :)</description>
